Yes, absolutely! We understand that plans can change and we are here to assist you. You can certainly transfer your booking fee to a different date or time. We require a written request for cancellation or rescheduling. Please provide us with the details of the new date or time you would like to transfer your booking fee to, and we will be happy to make the necessary arrangements for you. However, if you decide to cancel your event the booking fee will not be refunded and the reservation will be canceled.

To enjoy our 360 photo booth, Pixel booth, backdrop, 6ft prop table, and printer, ensure an area of at least 12×12 feet with a nearby electrical outlet. For those interested solely in our Digital, Pixel, or Glam Booth, a space of at least 10 x 10 feet is required to accommodate the booth, backdrop, prop table, and printer.
You and your guest will receive your printed photos and digital files seconds after your photo session via email, airdrop or text. Typically, the event host can expect to receive your digital photos within 48 to 72 hours after the event in most cases.
Our Digital Booths can deliver photos straight to the phone of the users via email, SMS, QR Code, AirDrop, or whatsapp. Please inquire about which booth has which capabilities.
We highly recommend setting up inside when possible. However, our photo booths can be set up outside. When events are outdoors we require a flat (preferably concrete), shaded, non-dusty, area with an outlet. A wall will be necessary for the backdrop to be set-up against, to assist with blocking the wind. Factors such as direct sunlight, wind, and or rain can damage our equipment and even have an effect on the photo images. Due to safety reasons a backdrop may not be an option if it happens to be very windy.
The GLAM BOOTH package includes two 4×6 prints per session. You have the option to add UNLIMITED prints for an additional fee. We exclusively offer 4×6 prints as we find that other formats often appear cheap and tend to cause printer jams, which is something we prefer to avoid.
We arrive 1-2 hours prior to the event start time in most cases to set-up, depending on the location and set-up. Set-up time does not take away from the time booked for your event. We also offer Idle Time in the situations when you may need us to set up earlier than 1-2 hours before your start time.
Absolutely! Adding your monogram, logo, and event details to your photo template is a great way to personalize and enhance the overall look. Every photo booth package includes a template design to match your event theme and colors. You are welcome to provide us with a custom logo, a personalized message, or we can just print the event name and date as well. Yes, once you have booked your package you will have access to those details in your private client booking portal and you can let us know what changes you need via phone or email.
For our booths with photos being printed Absolutely! Our professional attendant will come dressed in formal wear and will set-up/takedown the photo booth. They are there to ensure the photo booth runs to perfection and assist your guests with scrapbooking and any other questions they may have. For our Digital Booth, we often just drop it off, set it up, and pick it back up after the event. If, however, you would like an attendant there for your Digital Booth rental, please let us know.

Our Glam Booth Package includes a Pixel Memories Photo Album Book that guests can simply slide their photos in and write messages by. This will provide you with years of smiles every time you pick up and look back at your friends and family caught in the act of fun. The Pixel Memories Photo Album can be added on to packages with 2×6 printing for $75 .
Yes! Most of our booths can provide your guests with the latest technology, such as GIFs, Boomerangs, Video, and Static or animated overlay design.
Yes, From cocktail hour to dinner, our photo booths will keep your guests entertained and snapping away, ensuring you have a treasure trove of cherished memories to cherish for years to come. We can customize your set-up to have the booth on for cocktail hour then off for dinner and toast. All idle time will be charged at $50/hour. This idle time will not count towards your hours of unlimited photo use.

Certainly! We carry general liability insurance coverage of up to $1 million. If your venue requests a Certificate of Insurance, we can provide it via email or fax within a few days. Any additional fees resulting from requirements exceeding the industry standard of $1 million coverage are the responsibility of the client.
